Attention Fellows

All fellows receive a registration fee discount of $100. A letter of certification from your fellowship chair/training director certifying your fellowship status is required in order to receive the discount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the meeting and are subject to a US $100 processing fee.

• Refunds for the course in San Antonio will not be granted after June 22, 2012 nor will they be given for no-shows.
